IT'S OFFICIAL!!!
The Board of Elections issued the above certification of Judge Hudson's election to the North
Carolina Supreme Court. You may have heard that there was litigation seeking to delay the official
certification; the courts have rejected that effort, enabling Justice Hudson to be sworn in as an
Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
Thank you to everyone who voted, volunteers, supported and encouraged Judge Hudson!!!
